• How to get a SMART MONEY Card (For Local members only)

1: Activate your Smart Money Account via your SMART mobile phone.

Option No.1:
(a) Text MONEY to 343
(b) Enter desired W-PIN (6 digits)
(c) Re-enter W-PIN, Press OK
(d) Choose "Get Account" Press OK
(e) Select BDO
(f) Wait for you confirmation message

Option No.2:
(a) Go to SMART MENU and select SMART MONEY
(b) Choose any transaction
(c) Follow steps b to f above.

2: Once you have successfully activated your "Smart Money Account"
Please go to the Nearest Smart Wireless Center at your Place

And submit the following:
(a) A completely filled up SMART MONEY application form
(b) Photocopy of a VALID ID
(c) Php 30.00 for Processing Fee

*Photocopy of a VALID ID
For Minors: Photo bearning SCHOOL ID signed by the Principal or School Head
For Adults: Passport, Drive's License, PRC Card, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance,
Postal ID, Voter's ID, GSIS e-Card,  SSS Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, or Company ID

3: Wait for your card to arrive.

Wait about 3 days (if residing within Metro Manila)
Wait for about 7 days (if residing outside Metro Manila)
